Menu never opens — loader flashes green then nothing. Status on site is clear. Already reinstalled DayZ. Ideas before I ticket support?

  1. overlay_killer

    Kill discord overlay + RGB software. Dumb but fixed it for me when status was actually green.

  2. DayZ_Cheats_staff

    If Updating, stop — no troubleshoot fixes that. On clear: restore AV quarantines, confirm exclusions, verify Secure Boot/TPM/HVCI, close overlays, reboot, DayZ to menu then loader once.

    Escalate with order ID, Windows build, server type, status screenshot and what changed (updates, new AV).

  3. inject_failed_twice

    Overlay + exclusion combo worked. Opening support anyway to confirm license side ok.
